Yesterday, I picked up this new guitar (with all the appropriate accessories -- case, strap, extra strings) from Stu's Music Shop, one of Westminster's local music stores. It's an Washburn/Oscar Schmidt OG10CEFYS acoustic-electric "concert folk" guitar.
It's a pretty sweet deal. For a "bargain" guitar, it's got a real nice sound (both plugged and unplugged), and it's real comfortable to play. The electronics are Washburn's WT92 model, which include 3-band EQ, a presence boost, a built-in tuner, and both balanced and unbalanced outputs.
Now, my mission: to actually learn to play the thing! Good thing I've got GarageBand.
